The kind of work we do
Our projects often sit at the intersection of evidence, strategy, communications and delivery. We support organisations to turn complex information into clear strategy, align stakeholders through meaningful engagement, and design and deliver programmes that achieve real impact.
Because of this, we are particularly keen to connect with people who are confident working with complex information and translating it into outputs that are clear, credible and genuinely useful for stakeholders and decision-makers.
How we work
We are a fully agile organisation and, while we are proudly based in the North East of England, we deliver work across multiple regions including Cumbria, the West Midlands and London. We often work in close partnership with our clients, embedding as part of their team to provide practical, hands-on support where it matters most.
Our associate model is flexible and relationship-led. This is not about single roles or fixed vacancies, but about building long-term connections with people who complement our offer and values.
