Through this process, it became clear just how much impact RTC was making, and we identified the opportunity to create RTC North’s first externally focused Annual Review.
The Result
The Annual Review gave RTC the opportunity to reinforce their strategy and demonstrate impact by combining powerful stories of delivery with evidence to show how their work was making a difference. This not only built confidence among stakeholders but also created a stronger platform for future delivery.
The process of developing the review in partnership with RTC was uplifting and inspiring, a chance to step back and look holistically at the organisation’s impact. It demonstrated the power of aligning strategy and communications, and the value of partnership in making that alignment real.
